Maintenance Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Pegasus Residential. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our properties, providing exceptional customer service to our residents, and leading a team of maintenance technicians.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of maintenance technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of maintenance requests and tasks.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal property condition and resident satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address any maintenance issues or concerns.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of maintenance activities.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance or facilities management, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance practices, procedures, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
