Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Christian Park Village. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our employees and management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage applicant flow in our applicant tracking system
  • Update applicant information and track progress
  • Collaborate with department managers and administrators to develop employee retention strategies
  • Complete the employment process for new hires, including I-9, tax forms, and license/certification verification
  • Schedule and coordinate new hire orientation
  • Ensure compliance with our Employee Problem Resolution Process and report results
  • Complete injury reports and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with benefit enrollment and follow-up
Requirements:
  • Minimum Associate's degree with 5+ years of experience in HR or a related field
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field with 3+ years of experience
