Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and dedicated Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Premier Food Supplies LLC. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for executing various HR functions, including payroll management, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities
  • Payroll Management: Process payroll biweekly for multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Benefits Administration: Oversee and negotiate employee benefits packages, manage enrollment, and audit benefits invoices for accuracy.
  • HR Management: Lead new hire orientations, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with US work visa requirements.
  • Compliance and Policy Development: Ensure compliance with all applicable state, federal, and local employment and payroll laws, and develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Technology, Training, and Legal Coordination: Work with the IT team to ensure effective technology setup for new hires, and develop and implement employee training programs.
  • Recruitment and Talent Management: Lead all recruitment processes, conduct thorough candidate evaluations, and manage the challenges of building a geographically dispersed workforce.
  • Global Coordination and Operations: Manage recruitment efforts in key regions, oversee global HR activities, and ensure compliance with local laws and cultural integration.
Requirements
  • Paylocity Expertise: Extensive experience with Paylocity, including comprehensive proficiency across all its applications.
  • Bilingual Communication: Fluent in using technology to facilitate communication with Spanish-speaking employees.
  • Technological Adaptability: Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new systems, including Scribe.
  • Conflict Resolution: Proven conflict management skills while maintaining employee and stakeholder relations.
  • Organizational Excellence: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a track record of efficiently managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-Solving Acumen: Strong analytical/problem-solving skillset for ambiguous/high-pressure situations.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree: In Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • SHRM Certification: SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) are preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience: As an HR coordinator or in a similar role, with deep knowledge of labor laws, employment equity regulations, and payroll practices.
