About Us: Shockwave Medical is a pioneer in the development and commercialization of Intravascular Lithotripsy (IVL) to treat complex calcified cardiovascular disease.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting Shockwave products to hospital personnel and physicians, driving new business, and achieving sales expectations in an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to effectively promote Shockwave products
  • Meet with physicians and hospital personnel to determine customers' needs and goals
  • Educate customers on products and proper clinical usage
  • Responsible for attainment of sales/revenue objectives for the territory
  • Partner with Clinical, Field Clinical Reps, Marketing, R&D, and other business units to identify selling opportunities
  • Conduct consultative sales calls with Interventional Cardiologists and Vascular Surgeons
  • Build and maintain solid customer relationships
  • Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and ability to speak clinically to physicians at a high level
  • Complete and process timely reports

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years' territory manager experience in hospital-based life sciences (cardiovascular preferred)
  • Successful sales experience in catheter technology with occlusive vascular disease, endovascular, atherectomy, stent, coronary sales experience with peripheral influence preferred but not required
  • Ability to meet and exceed the assigned sales plan on a quarterly and annual basis
  • Capable of independently managing time, resources, and budget within the assigned territory
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with customers, hospitals, and physicians
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
