We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized administrative professional to support our legal team in the NY, NJ, and CT tri-state area.

Key Responsibilities
  • File and organize legal documents
  • Manage client contact and communications
  • Assist with data entry, client intake, and case setup
  • Support billing and collection processes
Requirements
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (Required)
  • Bachelor's Degree (Required)
  • 1 year of experience in an administrative or clerical role (Preferred)
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Highly attentive to detail, organized, and capable of prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced office environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
