Responsibilities
- Support Case Managers with case coordination and documentation.
- Facilitate evidence-based programs and provide general office administration duties.
- Assist with managing a participant caseload and documenting progress.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months experience in Human Services field with direct participant services.
- Good customer service skills and effective communication skills.
