About the Role

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents by performing routine maintenance tasks, responding to resident requests, and ensuring the overall quality of our properties.

Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000 per year (dependent on location and experience)

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Prepares Market Ready apartments by performing tasks such as painting, carpet repairs, cleaning, general repairs, and any necessary duties to provide a quality move-in experience
  2. Responds to resident requests in a timely manner and with a professional attitude
  3. Maintains grounds, pools/hot tubs, common areas, and dog park amenities to keep clean, operational, and safe for our residents
  4. Reports any maintenance concerns on vacant units, models, and common areas to the Maintenance Supervisor
Qualifications:
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several known variables in situations of a routine nature
  • Valid Driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures
