Multifamily Roofing Business Developer

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Multifamily Roofing Business Developer to join our team at CMG Services LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales process, building client relationships, and driving new business opportunities for roofing systems on new construction projects in the commercial and multifamily sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial and multifamily roofing sector.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients throughout the sales and post-sales process.
- Manage sales pipelines, track leads, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regional market conditions to uncover new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in commercial roofing, multifamily roofing, or construction sales.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Construction, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong sales skills with the ability to close deals and manage key client accounts.
- Solid understanding of commercial and multifamily roofing systems and construction terminology.
