About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Multifamily Operations Manager to manage specific project areas or multiple trade scopes on large projects alongside project teams. You will lead preconstruction efforts, reviewing owner criteria, design documents, and identifying key subcontractors and long-lead items.

Your responsibilities will include developing bid packages, managing schedules, and monitoring budgets. Additionally, you will oversee financial processes: subcontractor invoices, monthly requisitions, and change order management.
