Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient care tailored to the specific needs based on age and condition
- Assist with morning routines, including bathing, oral hygiene, and room maintenance
- Provide evening care, ensuring comfort and cleanliness for patients
- Prepare patients for meals, assist with dining, and manage food trays
- Respond to patient call lights, proactively addressing needs and monitoring assigned patients
- Support patients in managing personal belongings such as dentures and glasses
- Document and report any changes in patient condition or behavior
- Assist licensed nursing staff with various treatment procedures
- Perform additional duties as required
- Current CPR/BCLS Certification
- Preferred experience of at least six months in a healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
