As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet customers upon entrance, thank them upon exiting, and provide assistance with purchases and returns.
  • Cash Handling: Accurately ring merchandise through the register, count money in cash drawers, and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Store Maintenance: Clean, stock, and straighten merchandise, maintain a clean and orderly checkout area, and help keep carts neat and orderly.
  • Additional Duties: Check in customer's firearms, issue gift cards, and perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous cashier experience and a strong customer service background.
  • Skills: Good verbal and written communication, math skills, and problem-solving skills.

Physical Requirements:

This position involves standing for extended periods, repetitive motions, and visual acuity for completing work on a computer.
