Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team as an Intimates Sales Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive and personalized shopping experience for all customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals by utilizing effective sales techniques, communicating product knowledge, and making recommendations to customers.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including current sales and promotions, to effectively assist customers with their purchases.
  • Participate in visual directives, including monthly store sets and sales floor maintenance, to ensure a visually appealing and well-organized store environment.
  • Support replenishment activities, assist with locate fulfillment, and participate in other operational tasks as needed.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, provide support, and maintain a positive and inclusive team environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to technology provided by the company.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Regular attendance and flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
