Position Overview

The Samsung Retail Sales Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales in a retail environment. This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions through product demonstrations and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell a range of products and services within a retail setting, including kiosks and events.
  • Foster professional relationships with customers and colleagues to create a positive shopping experience.
  • Achieve or surpass individual sales targets on a monthly basis.
  • Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as needed.
  • Guide customers to product displays, demonstrating features and assessing their requirements to suggest suitable options.
  • Inform customers about product offerings and services to aid their purchasing decisions.
  • Build customer confidence through effective communication and support in their selections.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and activities.
  • Contribute to team objectives by achieving related goals.
  • Communicate all operational activities to the Retail Operations team accurately.
  • Ensure that the work area is organized, clean, functional, and visually appealing at all times.
  • Complete and submit all required documentation thoroughly and accurately.

Performance Metrics:

  • Consistent and punctual attendance.
  • Achievement of established sales quotas on a monthly and weekly basis.
  • Customer satisfaction ratings based on feedback surveys.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • A minimum of six months of experience in sales, retail, telecommunications, or marketing is preferred.
  • Proven knowledge of products and services offered.
  • Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Commitment to integrity and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic team environment.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Capability to maintain confidentiality of customer information.
