Position Overview: Reporting to the Plant Manager at our manufacturing facilities, you will oversee the daily operations of production. Your responsibilities will include implementing standard procedures and maintaining continuous improvement through disciplined operations and autonomous maintenance. You will coordinate various production departments and supervise multiple department managers to ensure a safe and efficient environment for producing high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a plant-specific vision to ensure ongoing improvement aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Guide production managers in their roles and provide necessary support to enhance team performance.
  • Encourage employee engagement and development to achieve manufacturing, quality, and productivity targets.
  • Communicate results and action plans effectively to all team members and management.
  • Act as Plant Manager when required.
  • Work closely with production planning and materials management to optimize scheduling and customer service.
  • Engage with Human Resources to address and resolve employee concerns.
  • Collaborate with finance to establish and manage a capital budget, ensuring financial responsibilities are met.
  • Initiate cost-saving strategies related to staffing, standards, and production yields.
  • Ensure all operations are conducted safely and in compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain Management.
  • Minimum of 3 years of management or supervisory experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, or a related supply chain function.

Relocation assistance is available for this position. Preference will be given to local candidates.
