Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT leader to drive innovation and excellence in our End User Computing Operations and Innovation team. As a key member of our IT organization, you will be responsible for leading a global team to deliver seamless and personalized technology solutions that empower users to excel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a global team to drive technological and process innovations, optimizing user experience and managing vendor relationships.
  • Develop and implement IT service strategies and roadmaps to improve end user computing.
  • Manage complex budgets and financial processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Negotiate and manage vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and contracts.
  • Cultivate a continuous improvement mindset, fostering growth and development of team members' skills and expertise.
  • Champion user experience, prioritizing users' needs and expectations, and advocating for solutions that enhance their productivity.
  • Drive operational excellence, optimizing global and local device operations, including deployment, retrieval, and lifecycle management.
  • Lead financial excellence, owning a complex budget and managing monthly ordering and chargeback processing for all end user computing devices, peripherals, and accessories.
Requirements
  • Experience in IT end user computing or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams, including experience in global team management.
  • Proven ability to manage complex budgets and financial processes.
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills with the ability to align team objectives with broader organizational objectives.
  • Experience developing and implementing IT service strategies and roadmaps.
  • Experience in managing relationships with third-party IT service providers and vendors, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and contracts.
