Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Biotechnology Laboratory Technician to join our team at RWDC Industries. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting quality control assays for fermentation processes, computing the ideal ratio of ingredients, and interpreting results of tests to generate reports for operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bioprocessing and biotechnology, with experience working in aseptic technique, media production, and proficiency growing microbes. Additionally, they will possess excellent problem-solving, interpersonal communication, and team-based skills.
