Job Description

Keller Executive Search is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to play a crucial role in shaping and executing our technology strategy to drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Technology Vision: Create and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap to drive business success.
  • Lead Technology Function: Oversee all aspects of technology, including infrastructure, systems, software development, data management, and security.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with key stakeholders to understand business needs and align technology solutions to support strategic objectives.
  • Drive Innovation: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and trends to drive business innovation.
  • Lead and Mentor Technology Team: Provide leadership and mentorship to the technology team, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous learning.
  • Budget and Resource Planning: Optimize technology investments and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Stay Current with Industry Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, standards, and regulations related to technology.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a CTO or in a similar technology leadership role.
  • Skills: Demonstrated success in developing and executing technology strategies in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Deep knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies. Strong technical expertise and understanding of software development, infrastructure, and system architecture.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Collaboration and Influence: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence key stakeholders.
  • Technology Budget and Resource Management: Experience managing technology budgets and resources.
