  • Lead and Mentor Technology Team: Provide leadership and mentorship to the technology team, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous learning.
  • Budget and Resource Planning: Optimize technology investments and ensure timely project delivery through effective budget and resource planning.
  • Stay Current with Industry Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, standards, and regulations related to technology.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a CTO or in a similar technology leadership role.
  • Success in Technology Strategy: Demonstrated success in developing and executing technology strategies in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong technical expertise and understanding of software development, infrastructure, and system architecture.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Collaboration and Influence: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence key stakeholders.
  • Financial Management: Experience managing technology budgets and resources.
