As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at the Institute for Applied Behavior Analysis, you will be responsible for training staff and key social agents on individual support plans, conducting observational and procedural reliability checks, and evaluating consumer progress. You will also be responsible for completing Functional Assessments and Recommended Support Plans and Progress Reports as assigned.
This role requires travel to cover our Imperial Valley and San Diego regions, with travel accommodations and mileage covered according to company policy.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
* Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or other human services field
* Current BCBA certification
* Five + years' experience conducting behavioral assessments and designing behavior support plans for children and adults with developmental disabilities, mental illness, or traumatic brain injury
Pre-Employment Requirements:
* Proof of valid driver's license
* Copy of auto insurance liability coverage
* Clear DMV report
* Proof of current BCBA certification
* Operational vehicle
* Proof of current CPR and First Aid training certifications or completion within 30-days of hire
* Clearance with the Department of Justice by completing a fingerprint background check
* TB Test and clearance
Physical Activity Requirements:
* Ability to physically lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds
* Ability to physically assist, guide, and facilitate movement of clients that may need physical assistance
* Ability to implement strategies as defined in IABA's Emergency Management Guidelines
