**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance/Housekeeping Specialist to join our team at our Vancouver - East Medical and Dental Clinics. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing janitorial and maintenance tasks, ensuring a clean and safe environment for our patients and staff.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Maintain the exterior and interior work areas, including the parking lot, lawn, and garden area
  • Perform a variety of simple repairs, including plastering, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and electrical work
  • Operate rental equipment as needed
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines

**Requirements**

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous maintenance experience
  • Driver's license and auto liability insurance
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish (preferred)
