RN - Labor & Delivery Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse to join our team at PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center in Vancouver, WA. As a Labor and Delivery RN, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure exceptional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to laboring women and their newborns
- Assess and manage patient needs, including labor and delivery, postpartum, and newborn care
- Collaborate with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Minimum 1 year labor and delivery nursing experience within the last 2 years or recent completion of a labor and delivery training program
- WA State Registered Nurse license or active Multistate license
- Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support certification
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification within 60 days of hire
