Job DescriptionAt Affinity Dental Management, we're seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patients, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage high volumes of patient calls with professionalism and empathy, aiming for first-call resolution
  • Utilize active listening to understand patient needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Handle inquiries, complaints, and troubleshoot issues efficiently to ensure patient satisfaction
  • Collaborate with your team to maintain a positive, supportive work environment
  • Utilize and master required software and tools to provide seamless service
  • Participate in ongoing training to continually enhance your skills
  • Adhere to company policies and escalate calls when necessary to ensure the best patient outcomes

Location: Capital District Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons

Your Schedule:

  • Monday - Thursday: 8AM - 4PM
  • Friday: 8AM - 2PM

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Skills: Exceptional telephone etiquette, strong customer service, active listening, and excellent verbal and written communication
  • Technology: Proficiency with computers and CRM software
  • Attributes: Ability to resolve conflicts calmly, manage time effectively, and work well under pressure
