Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals in their journey to regain skills for daily living
  • Encourage independence through personalized plans of care
  • Lead recreational activities to promote joy and engagement
  • Provide transportation to and from day programs, rehabilitation services, and community activities
  • Communicate with residents' loved ones to ensure seamless care coordination
Qualifications
  • Age 18 or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Current, non-provisional driver's license in good standing
  • Desire to work with individuals recovering from traumatic brain injury (TBI), acquired brain injuries, and neurological conditions
  • Ability and willingness to work weekends
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in caretaking or supporting individuals with brain injuries or neurological conditions
