Key Responsibilities:

The Department Coordinator will be responsible for:

* Providing administrative support to our department, including responding to customer inquiries, processing service requests, and coordinating with technicians.
* Collaborating with our sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for attracting new customers and retaining existing ones.
* Analyzing data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize departmental performance.
* Developing and maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

* A high school diploma or equivalent;
* Prior experience in dispatch and administration;
* Excellent organizational and time management skills;
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
* Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel);
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
* Familiarity with the security industry a plus;

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive compensation package, including an estimated salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on location and experience.
