Job Title: Leasing Department Assistant

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and enthusiastic individual to join our leasing team at the Greenhouse Apartments.

Job Description

This position involves providing exceptional customer service to residents and applicants, as well as supporting the leasing department's daily operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents and applicants
  • Assist with leasing apartment tours and screenings
  • Manage resident files and paperwork
  • Develop effective relationships with residents and colleagues
  • Utilize computer software efficiently, including YARDI property management software

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
