Flexibility to work during CST/EST hours is essential, as most of our clientele is located in the United States.

You will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. This position is ideal for individuals who find satisfaction in witnessing the impact of their efforts.
The successful candidate will be highly organized and process-oriented, capable of thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously is required. Direct involvement in client relationship management, project strategy formulation, and resource allocation is essential.The ideal candidate will possess a background in business development, strategy, or sales, as you will be advising clients on these topics.
Individuals who excel in this role may have experience in business development, coaching, fitness training, or a military background, showcasing their ability to motivate and achieve objectives.
Your primary duty will be to ensure clients are actively engaging with their networks to secure podcast episodes and interviews.
Clients will also inquire about our various services, and you will receive training to effectively communicate these offerings that can enhance their results.
Key Duties:
Lead projects and act as the primary client liaison in overseeing all aspects of podcast strategy and its application for business growth.
Identify opportunities for growth with existing clients and areas for enhancement.
Guide daily project operations and support team members, including writers, editors, and developers.
Important Note:
Your main focus will be to assist clients in implementing our strategies.
Other team members will handle the execution of our services, such as podcast editing, content creation, and social media sharing.
This role is remote and allows for self-paced work.We prefer candidates who can commit at least 20 hours per week, though fewer hours may be acceptable initially.
