Job Title: Senior SAP EWM Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP EWM Specialist to join our dynamic global team of SAP experts. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the implementation, maintenance, and support of Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert guidance on EWM functionality throughout all phases of the project lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and end-user training.
  • Participate in or lead complex configurations, customizations, and implementations of SAP EWM solutions, aligning with process experts' requirements.
  • Work with EWM Specialists across three global regions to develop and refine warehouse solutions, ensuring alignment with SAP's development roadmap and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EWM with other supply chain systems, such as ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and TMS (Transportation Management System), all based on SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure EWM systems meet quality standards, client expectations, and align with global template approaches.
  • Conduct user training sessions and create comprehensive documentation to support system adoption and knowledge transfer.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex EWM issues, leveraging deep knowledge of system architecture and logistics processes. Review gaps and solutions design.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in EWM and warehouse management technologies, including mobile device and printer solutions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in implementing and supporting SAP EWM solutions, including at least 2 full-cycle end-to-end implementations and rollouts.
  • Proficient in EWM requirements gathering, functional specification preparation, integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), data migration, and user training.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics processes, and warehouse technologies. Expertise in EWM configuration and integration with SAP ERP modules (MM, SD, PP, QM, TM, GTS).
  • Proactive, results-driven, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to encourage innovative thinking and problem-solving.
  • Relevant SAP certifications preferred. Basic knowledge of ABAP / ABAP OO (reading/debugging) and UI5/Adobe Forms capabilities is a plus.
  • Bachelors Degree in a relevant field strongly preferred.
  • Willingness to travel globally (estimated 20%).
