About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Maplewood Senior Living. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Administer medications and provide direct care to residents
  • Teach and counsel residents on health and wellness topics
  • Participate in assessments and support residents and their families
  • Oversight of Certified Nursing Assistants and training of associates
Requirements
  • Current LPN licensure in the state of CT
  • Two years of full-time or equivalent clinical experience
  • Experience working with older adults, with dementia and psych experience a plus
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and maintain positive working relationships
