Nurse Care Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Maplewood Senior Living. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents.
Responsibilities- Administer medications and provide direct care to residents
- Teach and counsel residents on health and wellness topics
- Participate in assessments and support residents and their families
- Oversight of Certified Nursing Assistants and training of associates
- Current LPN licensure in the state of CT
- Two years of full-time or equivalent clinical experience
- Experience working with older adults, with dementia and psych experience a plus
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and maintain positive working relationships
