Responsibilities- Administer medications and provide direct care to residents
- Teach and counsel residents on health and wellness
- Participate in assessments and support residents and their families
- Oversight of Certified Nursing Assistants and training of associates
- Complete monthly in-service training as required
- Licensed Practical Nurse currently licensed to practice in the CT state
- Two years full-time or full-time equivalent clinical experience
- Experience working with older adults preferred
- Able to perform physically demanding tasks and maintain positive working relationships
