Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently deliver food and beverages to guests, ensuring order accuracy and quality standards.
  • Adhere to safe food and beverage handling practices in compliance with local regulations.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of the menu and confidently communicate offerings to guests.
  • Address guest concerns promptly, including special requests and complaints.
  • Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant, including dining areas, bar, and restrooms.
  • Complete assigned side-work and additional tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Ability to serve alcoholic beverages legally and obtain necessary certifications.
  • High energy and stamina to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills in the primary language of the workplace.
  • Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Physical capability to stand and walk for extended periods and navigate stairs.
  • Ability to learn menu items and service protocols.
  • Team-oriented with a strong capacity to follow directions.
