Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct studies, generate reports, and create design documents to support plans and specifications for civil and water resource initiatives.
  • Perform engineering analyses and calculations.
  • Draft engineering services, define scope of work, and develop associated budgets.
  • Formulate water management strategies for various Water Resource projects.
  • Execute project management responsibilities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in civil and water resources engineering.
  • Possession of an ND Professional Engineer license or the capability to secure the license within 6 months.
  • Fundamental understanding of water management regulations in North Dakota and/or Minnesota.
  • Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
  • Valid driver's license with the willingness to travel periodically.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States permanently without the need for sponsorship at any point in the future.
