Overview

The Senior Project Manager for Implementation will oversee, coordinate, and document all facets of implementation initiatives while collaborating closely with the Pharmacy Operations Leadership team and various internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects adhere to timelines and fulfill requirements. This role will also assist with other specialized and intricate projects that bolster pharmacy operations.

Position Location

This role is designed to be remote within the Continental US.

Candidate Experience Profile

* A Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of professional experience and education.

* A minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management.

* Background in Construction and/or Healthcare or Pharmacy sectors.

* PMP certification is preferred.

* Exceptional skills in facilitating meetings in both in-person and virtual environments, along with the ability to deliver effective presentations.

* Strong project management capabilities, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

* Proven track record of managing multiple large-scale projects concurrently.

* Demonstrated ability to influence others within a dynamic and matrixed environment.

Responsibilities
Lead multiple complex projects concurrently, engaging various internal and external stakeholders.Oversee architects and construction teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant buildouts.Collaborate with business management to clarify requirements, set project objectives, and define success criteria.Develop the project charter, integrated project plan, and associated project management documentation.Document, track, and communicate risks, issues, assumptions, action items, decisions, and inquiries.Produce meeting notes that effectively capture and convey risks, issues, assumptions, action items, decisions, and inquiries.Assess and facilitate the resolution of high-priority project risks and issues as they arise.Define and monitor project milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan.Continuously update relevant business stakeholders on project status and periodically distribute project status reports.Ensure all projects comply with the project methodology standards established by the company.Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of professional experience and education.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years of project management experience; background in construction and/or healthcare or pharmacy preferred, with PMP certification being advantageous.
