About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our early group of Sales hires at Metronome. As part of this role, you'll help develop our Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy and close key customer accounts in close partnership with our CEO. You'll drive revenue growth, navigate complex sales conversations with top executives, and leverage sales methodologies to uncover customer needs and pain points.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a GTM strategy to drive revenue growth and close key customer accounts.
  2. Navigate complex sales conversations with top Product, Engineering, Finance, and Operations executives to win trust and close deals.
  3. Use sales methodologies to uncover customer needs and pain points and articulate Metronome's value proposition.
  4. Own sales activity and monthly revenue forecasting in Salesforce.
  5. Partner with our Growth and Product teams to help drive our product roadmap.
Qualifications
  1. 6+ years of closing experience working with customers, selling to multi-stakeholder or technical organizations.
  2. Demonstrated success in closing enterprise-level software deals.
  3. Ability to learn and communicate technical concepts at a deep level.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Strong personal drive and ability to thrive in a state of ambiguity.
