Key Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Support Services Specialist to join our team at FLASH Technology Group. As a key member of our Learning Support Services, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality training functions to support the National Cryptologic School (NCS).


The successful candidate will work closely with ADET (Associate Directorate for Education and Training) Learning Support Services to provide direct support to customers and contractors. You'll be responsible for preparing and maintaining documents, recording data, scheduling tasks, and communicating with external students in the Intelligence Community.


Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain documents, files, and folders.
  • Record and maintain data records in databases.
  • Prepare and deliver briefings.
  • Validate requirements.
  • Send out welcome letters in support of synchronous learning events.

Requirements:
  • One (1) year experience participating in a synchronous learning environment.
  • Four (4) years of customer service skills/principles.
  • Four (4) years in Microsoft Office Suite of products and basic application trouble-shooting skills.
