About This Opportunity:

GAP Inc. is seeking a seasoned senior merchandise manager to lead our women's active swim/maternity product line. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will develop and execute comprehensive product strategies that meet customer needs while delivering commercial success.

Responsibilities:

  • Define product direction and strategy for women's active wear and maternity categories
  • Collaborate with designers, merchants, and planners to create cohesive product offerings
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform product decisions
  • Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products
  • Drive process improvements and efficiency gains across the product development cycle

Requirements:

A successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen understanding of the fashion industry. Experience working in a fast-paced retail environment is essential, as is proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools. Estimated Salary: $95,000 - $120,000 per year
