Job Overview

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled litigation paralegal to join our team in a full-time capacity. As a commercial litigation paralegal, you will be responsible for drafting, formatting, and proofreading correspondence and legal documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of complex commercial litigation documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
  • Conduct research and gather information to support litigation efforts.
  • Develop and maintain organized filing systems to ensure efficient access to documents.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and other team members to ensure seamless communication and task completion.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in litigation support, with a focus on commercial litigation.
  • Strong computer proficiency, particularly with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, with a high attention to detail.
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills, with a helpful and no-job-too-small mindset.
  • Hybrid/Remote schedule.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $90,000-$100,000 per year.
