About the Role
As a Veterinary Team Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless client and pet flow throughout the hospital. This includes actively recruiting new clients, promoting hospital services, and routing the flow of clients and pets to maximize veterinary team productivity.

You will also be responsible for educating clients about Optimum Wellness Plans, preventative care, pet health needs, and hospital services. Additionally, you will assist incoming clients by completing required documentation, entering pet information and history in the computer, utilizing proper collars and tags for identification, and ensuring prompt service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive client and pet flow, maximizing veterinary team productivity
  • Ensure good communication and coordinate care in a happy, welcoming, friendly, and efficient manner
  • Actively recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and routing the flow of clients and pets
  • Maximize the number of pets seen by the hospital team through a productive and efficiently run hospital
