Inventory Management Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Control Specialist to join our team at Regency Management Services, LLC. As an integral part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for leading the cycle counting process and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate a cycle count program with stores and management to ensure perpetual inventory accuracy.
- Develop and implement effective cycle count processes to identify necessary recounts and areas for improvement.
- Analyze item discrepancies using available resources to identify root causes and recommend potential solutions.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with District and Store Managers to develop partnerships and improve inventory management.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Three to five years of related experience, preferably in a retail environment.
- Proficiency in standard business applications, including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel, in a Windows environment.
- Compensation and Benefits:
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of approximately $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability benefits, paid vacation, recognition and reward programs, 401(k) retirement savings plan, and generous employee purchase policy.
