Key Responsibilities
- Oversee program operations, delivering technical assistance to projects and tasks in line with contract stipulations and relevant policies.
- Manage and guide all support personnel to ensure successful execution of project tasks and assignments.
- Accountable for the comprehensive management of technical strategies across various program sectors, focusing on design, implementation, and testing aligned with project goals.
- Evaluate program performance based on metrics such as efficiency, timelines, quality, and operational costs.
- Provide leadership and set objectives that foster a high-quality program environment.
- Support the administration of the G4 Global Intelligence Logistics services program.
- Enhance operational outcomes concerning cost, methodologies, and workforce management.
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance protocols.
- Assist in the establishment and execution of program timelines.
- Collaborate with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) on contract obligations and issues as necessary.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Business, History, Political Science, Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or twelve (12) years of equivalent technical experience with TROJAN communications systems.
- Experience in higher-level staff roles, preferably at the Division level or equivalent.
- Ability to navigate confined spaces and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Proficient in researching, analyzing, and proposing solutions to complex challenges.
- In-depth understanding of TROJAN system principles, methodologies, and their application in military operations.
- Familiarity with emerging intelligence technologies, including wireless and cellular communications.
- Strong communication skills, capable of interfacing with senior officials and representatives from other organizations.
- Knowledgeable in methods for exploiting foreign military communications.
- Understanding of tactical and strategic operations involving TROJAN-equipped entities.
- Fluent in English, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in delivering presentations.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with a Final Top-Secret Clearance based on a TIER 5 Background Investigation, and favorable eligibility for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) as per ICD 704. Some roles may necessitate a Counterintelligence (CI) Scope Polygraph.
