Estimated Salary: $150,000 per year

Job Description: As a Primary Care Physician with Elevance Health, you will be responsible for providing internal medicine and family practice services to patients. Your role will involve interviewing, examining, and treating clinical patients, educating patients and families on wellness, prevention, and early detection, and participating in quality improvement programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must have a MD or DO degree, current unrestricted medical licensure in Arizona, and board eligibility or certification. Additionally, you must have a DEA license and be able to maintain confidentiality of patient information according to federal guidelines and regulations.
