Position Overview:
As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for implementing accounting practices and methodologies that contribute to the preparation of financial statements and comprehensive financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present financial statements
- Conduct evaluations of branch audits
- Compile bank reconciliations and account schedules
- Generate journal entries, expense accruals, and allocations
- Participate in an efficient and precise month-end closing process
- Assist team members with inquiries regarding accounting policies and practices
- Analyze variations in income statements
- Offer suggestions for process enhancements and cost reductions
- Maintain financial records and support financial reporting
- Aid in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Execute audits and ensure adherence to compliance standards
- Collaborate with various departments
- May handle travel and expense reports, coding, account classifications, and reimbursement amounts
- May be tasked with the preparation of sales and other tax returns
Qualifications:

- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
- Candidates should be planning to pursue CPA certification within 1-2 years (flexible).
- College students nearing graduation with a degree in Accounting or Finance may also be considered.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is essential.
- Willingness to consider relocation for career advancement opportunities (flexible).
