As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as a dedicated advocate for our clients, a skilled problem-solver, and a cooperative team player. The ideal candidate thrives in interpersonal interactions and maintains composure in client engagements. Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently address customer inquiries through phone, email, and live chat utilizing a CRM system.
  • Establish high standards for support while managing customer interactions.
  • Identify, document, and coordinate with various departments to resolve issues.
  • Champion customer interests by recognizing trends in inquiries and proposing enhancements to processes, policies, and products.
  • Spot errors and develop instructional content for our internal knowledge base.
  • Collaborate with team members across departments to find solutions and serve as a resource for colleagues.

  • Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
  • A four-year degree is preferred or currently pursuing a degree.
