Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee system requirements and ensure adherence to industry regulations
  • Facilitate integration efforts across multiple teams and certification organizations
  • Conduct comprehensive design evaluations, trade studies, and testing initiatives
  • Create system safety assessments and related documentation
  • Engage in collaborative system design projects, testing, and regulatory compliance
  • Guarantee that designs fulfill all specifications at both system and aircraft levels

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in OEM integration
  • Expertise in technical schematics, diagrams, and engineering documentation
  • Understanding of aircraft systems and relevant analytical processes
  • Exceptional problem-solving and communication abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Aerospace)
  • U.S. residency required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with avionics and DO-178C, DO-254 standards
  • Experience managing intricate requirements and FAA certification processes
  • 8+ years of industry experience with involvement in consensus standards
  • Possession of a private pilot certificate is advantageous

Compensation Package:
Base salary range: $135,100 - $225,200 annually, along with Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). Compensation is determined by location, skills, and experience.
