Position Overview:
In this role, you will assist the General Manager in overseeing all operational aspects of the venue, ensuring a top-tier experience for the Lexington Sporting Club. Your primary focus will be to maintain the venue's world-class standards while training the staff to deliver exceptional customer service to all visitors.

Compensation:
This position offers an annual salary ranging from $60,000 to $80,000.

Benefits:
Full-time employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with matching contributions, and paid time off, which encompasses vacation days, sick leave, and 12 holidays.

About the Venue:
Lexington Sporting Club, established in 2021, is a professional soccer team based in Lexington, KY. The new soccer complex is set to open in August 2024, coinciding with the club's inaugural season in the USL Super League.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the General Manager in all management functions of the venue.
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the venue's physical structure.
- Recruit, train, and manage all event-related personnel, including security, guest services, janitorial, and maintenance staff in accordance with the OVG Management agreement.
- Collaborate with Lexington Sporting Club staff to ensure seamless execution of events and programs.
- Participate in weekly management and staff meetings to foster effective communication.
- Serve as Manager on Duty as required.
- Perform additional duties as necessary, consistent with the role's nature.

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, preferably with a background in sports.
- Strong passion and knowledge of the soccer and venue management sectors.
- Energetic, assertive, and punctual with excellent relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service and effectively organize operations for a successful venue.
- A college degree is strongly preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, and weekends as required by event schedules.
