Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather technical details and translate them into understandable content for various audiences.
  • Work closely with capture and sales leads, solution architects, program managers, and proposal leaders to develop proposal responses that clearly communicate technical concepts.
  • Review RFPs, formulate content strategies, and draft compelling documents to improve our chances of winning business.
  • Participate in storyboard sessions to express solutions, strategies, and key success themes.
  • Assist with proposal processes, including kick-off meetings and reviews, to ensure the production of high-quality responses.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance proposal quality throughout the PDC.
Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree in Business, English, or technical field (or relevant work experience)
  • 4+ years of professional experience in proposal writing (2+ years of experience in Public Sector proposal environment)
  • Strong command of English grammar and ability to draft, compose, and refine technical papers and documentation
  • Proven ability to collaborate with clients to comprehend their business needs and convert them into technical solutions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
  • Ability to demonstrate experience through a portfolio of writing and digital communications work
