Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our branch network, you will provide exceptional service to our members, exceeding their expectations and building strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to members, responding to their needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process transactions, including taking passport photos, planning road trips, and distributing maps and tour books.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and service goals, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on AAA products and services.
  • Contribute to a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion, embracing the unique perspectives and strengths of our employees and members.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, banking, or a similar customer service/sales environment.
  • Proven ability to exceed assigned sales or service quality goals, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays, and travel locally when necessary.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, with a focus on continuous learning and professional development.
  • Successful completion of background check and drug screening.
