As a Part-time Retail Merchandiser for Mondelēz International, you will be responsible for representing our world-famous brands, such as Oreo, Ritz, and Chips Ahoy, in retail stores across Vermont.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Representing Mondelēz International in front of in-store employees and working closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of our products on shelves and to construct promotional displays.
  • Carrying out in-store visits according to Mondelēz' DSD Merchandising Steps.
  • Ensuring our leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelēz' guidelines.
  • Ensuring sales representatives' negotiated plans with store managers are being followed and communicating any issues with Mondelēz' management team.
  • Following the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in-store service.
  • Enhancing seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
  • Demonstrating a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz International in store.
