Responsibilities and Facility DetailsAs a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will work in an integrated healthcare model at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). Your schedule will be Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, with optional overtime hours available. You will work collaboratively with primary care providers to develop treatment plans that address the whole person.
