Key Responsibilities
  • Assist healthcare providers with patient care, including vital signs, medical histories, and treatment plans.
  • Perform basic clinical skills, such as specimen collection, EKGs, and phlebotomy.
  • Monitor and communicate patient conditions to healthcare providers.
  • Document patient care provided, including medical records and reports.
  • Maintain equipment and medical supplies, including ordering, stocking, cleaning, and troubleshooting.
  • Perform administrative duties, such as filing, reception, scheduling, data entry, and patient registration.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) certification required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • Minimum of 0 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
