Job Title: Group Sales Coordinator

Natural Habitat Adventures is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Group Sales Coordinator to join our Sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our partners and clients, as well as coordinating and executing group sales and marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and manage an organizational system for managing groups
  • Organize and analyze data comparing group sales and trends against company-wide goals
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team on WWF Staff Travel options
  • Coordinate with the Operations team on group departures
  • Prospect and pursue new groups to grow the program
  • Attend conferences and group meetings to build relationships and promote our services
  • Communicate with clients and partners via phone, email, and webinars
  • Manage financial and operational details for group trips
Requirements:
  • Previous international travel experience or travel industry experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
